Chapter 1: The Thought Counts
I have always wanted to change, ever since I had the thought of change. In everyday life you will be doing whatever you do from, your job to having fun with friends on a night out. But at some point in your life, you will have thought of 'change'. Change is what we all want, from changing your job to get more money, or to changing your lifestyle to be more healthy or to have more self worth. Whatever you reason is, we want something to be better in our day to day lives to make it easier or more enjoyable. The reason I wrote this book is to change how I think and to help you understand the real meaning of change.
